Cornell Feline Health Center (CFHC) members enjoy a number of special benefits as attendees at the 38th Annual Fred Scott Feline Symposium, and our director Dr. Bruce Kornreich is very excited to be a part of one of these unique perks with Feline Clinical Cardiology Rounds.

This interactive and engaging presentation uses real world feline cardiology cases to demonstrate diagnostic and therapeutic rationale, cardiovascular pathophysiology, and clinical decision making. The goal of this session is to be informative and to provide practical insights that attendees can take home with them to apply in their practice settings. This session also offers an additional 0.5 CE credit.

CHFC members will also enjoy:
β€’ 15% off registration
β€’ In-person attendance in the necropsy theatre for our interactive Pathology Show & Tell presentation

This is one more good reason to consider becoming a CFHC professional member, and we hope that you will be joining me for some feline cardio fun here in Ithaca in July.

Cornell Veterinary Podcast: The Quest To Solve Chronic Pain in Pets.

"Pain is such a complex topic that one specialist, one type of scientist can’t tackle it alone. So it’s really important that veterinarians working in different disciplines, everyone from basic scientists to those of us who do clinical research, all work together to address pain from different angles."

Jordyn Boesch, D.V.M. ’96, anesthesiologist, pain management specialist and associate professor at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine is our latest Cornell Veterinary Podcast guest, joining host Michelle Moyal, D.V.M.’ 07, to talk about bridging pain management discoveries from humans to animals through her Comparative Pain Program. Listen to learn about the subtle signs that your pet might be hurting, and to hear how Boesch's personal journey with pain inspired her to make a difference for her patients.
