Room Parents - Mark Your Calendars!

The Harvest Festival Planning PTO Meeting is on Wednesday, September 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the IWA Jester Gym.

All Room Parents are required to attend – and everyone is welcome!

We’ll be:
- Picking basket themes
- Talking carnival games
- Sharing details on all the exciting changes coming this year

Please make sure each class has at least one representative present.

Get ready, Harvest Festival is almost here! We want to make sure everyone knows what this incredible tradition is all about.

This fun-filled event features delicious food, local vendors, carnival games, inflatables, raffles, and so much more! All proceeds from the Festival go directly toward supporting IWA’s dedicated teachers and helping fulfill essential classroom needs.

Keep your eyes and ears open for more details over the next few weeks.

We are so incredibly happy to have you here with us!

The 2025 Charger Family Cookbook, also known as Grandma’s Secret Recipes, is available for just $10!

This beautifully designed keepsake is packed with treasured recipes generously shared by IWA students’ parents and grandparents.

Copies are available for $10 and can be purchased at the school’s front office or by messaging us directly.

Please note that quantities are limited and sales are on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait too long!

You’ve heard the quote, “It takes a village to raise a child.” At IWA, room parents are a vital part of our village!

We’ve put together a packet to help room parents know what to expect for this year and in the future. As a Room Parent, you serve as a connection between the classroom teacher, families, and the PTO.

This packet can be found in FACTS by going to School, then Resource Documents. There’s more information in the packet in FACTS.

**Please remember: You are not expected to do everything yourself. Your role is to organize, communicate, and encourage others to become involved.
