I didn’t start “As You Are” because life was easy. I started it because I’ve known what it’s like to carry pain in silence. I’ve walked through grief, through questions, through seasons where I didn’t feel seen, just like my Aunt and yet purpose found me in the middle of it all.

We are a nonprofit built on love, community, and the belief that everyone deserves access to mental health resources, educational opportunities, and a strong support system just as they are. This foundation is a piece of my heart, built from the understanding that we all need a place to land.

“As You Are” exists to remind people they are not alone. Healing, personal growth, and connection doesn’t have to be linear and quite honestly it takes a supportive network to help one another rise in life.

My purpose is so much bigger than me. It’s about being a light, even when life feels heavy. It’s about showing up for others the way I once needed someone to show up for me. Whether it’s through our run club, wellness events, community outreach, or support groups we are having real conversations for positive change!

You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to come AS YOU ARE!
