Hey , our very own SoCal team; Hollywood Freerunners just won the men's WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in France for World Chase Tag !!!!!!!!!!

Now because thewolfsden_inlandempire in San Bernardino has one of only 4 chase tag quads in the entire US, I have been able to try this unique and amazing sport a bit-- and I can tell you firsthand that world chase tag is actually super intense and requires incredible athleticism, especially to be competitive and elite! From all the different things that I've been trying on my own lil fitness journey, pro chase tag stands on it's own in terms of cardio endurance, agility, reflex, plyo and just general athleticism needed. The intensity is incredibly compounded for both chasing and evading.
