One pill. One unexpected exposure. One mistake. An opioid overdose can happen in circumstances people may never associate with “drug use,” which is exactly why naloxone belongs in homes, schools, workplaces, nightlife spaces, first-aid kits, and everyday bags. Narcan is a simple overdose-reversal tool that can give someone another chance to breathe—and another chance at life.

Behind every stack of shipping labels is a person who asked for tools to protect themselves, a loved one, or their community. Our team prepares each package with requested supplies, clear instructions, and practical harm reduction education—then gets everything sealed, labeled, and headed out the door. More than 12,000 packages later, we are still mailing free supplies and closing access gaps one envelope at a time!

People cannot make fully informed decisions about a substance when fentanyl may be present without their knowledge.

Fentanyl test strips offer a rapid drug-checking option, but they cannot determine potency or guarantee that a substance is safe—making clear instructions and broader harm reduction education essential.

Donations help us distribute free test strips through street outreach, nightlife programs, mail-order services, and community partnerships.

Harm reduction belongs wherever people gather—including mainstream live concerts. At a Chris Brown concert, our team provided harm reduction support and helped with a little backstage work, contributing to the broader network of care required to support a major live event. Large crowds, heat, alcohol and polysubstance use, an unpredictable drug supply, sensory overload, and accessibility needs can quickly turn small concerns into emergencies, making naloxone, hydration, peer support, mobile outreach, and clear escalation pathways essential.

From intimate gatherings to major concerts and festivals, book customized harm reduction services for your event at https://www.harmreductioncircle.org.

From Orange County to Cincinnati—care is getting ready to roll. Meals on Onewheels combines meals, essential supplies, naloxone, drug-checking resources, and peer support with Onewheels and other personal electric vehicles that help volunteers reach people in places traditional outreach may miss. Harm reduction by the carload—roughly 1,100 doses of Narcan boxed up and ready to reach unhoused community members across Southern California. Through low-barrier, peer-led street outreach, naloxone is placed directly into the hands of people most likely to witness or experience an opioid overdose. Each box represents more than medication; it represents preparedness, community care, and another opportunity to save a life.

People do not stop needing public-health resources when the sun goes down.

Harm Reduction Circle brings naloxone, drug-checking education, peer support, trip sitting, mobile outreach, essential supplies, and the Inner Circle Sanctuary directly into concerts, festivals, and nightlife spaces.

Donations help our trained teams arrive prepared and provide an approachable, non-punitive layer of prevention and support alongside event medical and safety operations.

A donation to Harm Reduction Circle does not sit still—it becomes naloxone in someone’s backpack, drug-checking tools in someone’s hands, and practical support delivered through peer-led outreach.

Your contribution helps us provide lifesaving supplies, overdose-response education, community navigation, and compassionate care without judgment. Every amount strengthens our ability to meet people where they are and keep essential harm reduction resources accessible.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of Harm Reduction Circle. They do far more than distribute supplies—they listen without judgment, share practical education, teach overdose-response skills, answer honest questions, and turn a festival booth into a trusted, low-barrier space for support. Every conversation, training, and moment of compassion helps build a safer nightlife community, and we are endlessly grateful for the incredible people who make that possible. 💜
