Ione’s 150th Year Homecoming! 🎉🥞🇺🇸

Our Cub Scouts had a great time helping with the pancake breakfast, participating in the parade, and running the dunk tank — we’re so proud of how hard all of the kids worked throughout the event. They represented Pack 477 with teamwork, and great Scout spirit!

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Scout families, volunteers, and community members who donated time, supplies, and support to help make everything such a success. Events like these are only possible because of our incredible families and community.

🥞 🍳 ☕️ Attention friends!! Cub Scout Pack 477 is having our yearly homecoming Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser !! 🌲🎣🏕️

Please join us for a delicious breakfast and help support our local Ione pack 477 scouts! Tickets are $7 and include pancakes, eggs, sausage, and coffee!

All proceeds go directly back to our scouts—helping fund dues, activities, camping trips, and hands-on experiences that many families couldn’t otherwise afford. Cub Scouts provides kids with opportunities to grow, make friendships, and learn skills that last a lifetime.

If you’re able, please consider buying a ticket or making a donation. ❤️🙏

Can’t attend? You can still support by purchasing a donated ticket—we’ll make sure a member of our community receives a warm meal. ❤️

Last Saturday, April 11th, Pack 477 had an awesome Pinewood Derby in Ione! 🏁

The hard work, and excitement the scouts put into their cars was amazing! Such a great afternoon filled with friendly competition, cheering families, and a lot of fast cars.

A big thank you to all the volunteers and parents who helped make the event run smoothly, and congratulations to all the scouts who raced!

We had a great time celebrating the Cub Scouts’ 116th birthday at our annual Gold & Blue Banquet — and what a fun night it was! 💙💛

The nite was filled with proud moments as our Scouts and leaders received their well-earned awards and recognitions.

And of course… we celebrated with plenty of pizza, cake, and lots of other yummy goodies 🍕🎂

Great job kids! We are so grateful for the families and leaders who make it all possible. Here’s to another year of adventure! 🏕️✨

This past weekend, Cub Scout Pack 477 had the opportunity to learn about service, and honoring our heroes in a very meaningful way. Our Scouts worked together and showed great respect as they took part in Wreaths Across America, alongside our local Troop and the VFW.

During the ceremony, Pack 477 proudly hung three wreaths, and afterward our Cub Scouts helped place wreaths on the graves of many veterans who served our country.

It was a special moment for our Scouts to say “thank you” through action, and we are so proud of the kindness, responsibility, and respect they showed throughout the event. 🇺🇸

🐟 Cub Scouts Adventure Day! 🐟
This past Saturday our Scouts and family had an awesome time visiting the fish hatchery! The kids loved seeing the salmon up close and learning how the hatchery helps protect our local wildlife.

After exploring, we enjoyed a picnic lunch together and wrapped up the day with everyone’s favorite… s’mores! 🔥🍫

🎃👻 Cub Scouts Halloween Party! 👻🎃

We had the best time at our Halloween party tonight! The Scouts played GaGa Ball, got creative decorating cookies, held a pumpkin carving contest, and made some awesome trick-or-treat bags to take home. 🍪🎨🕸️

Laughs and spooky vibes were had by all ! Big thank-you to all of our families and leaders who came out and helped make it such a fun night! 💙🦉✨

This past weekend our Scouts hit the hiking trail at beautiful Lake Tabeaud! 🥾☀️ We explored the outdoors, spotted wildlife, practiced our first aid skills, and learned how much fun it is to adventure together as a Pack. 🥾☀️

We kicked off our Scouting year with a splash at our pool party potluck! 🌊🍔 Huge thanks to our amazing hosts, Lee and Cami, for opening up their backyard paradise—it was every kid’s dream come true. The burgers were sizzling, the drinks were chilled, and a good time was had by all. 😁💦
