Fall Festival Thank You! 🍂🎃

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to make our Fall Festival such a wonderful success! We had an incredible turnout, and it was so much fun seeing the community come together for a great day.

From all the painted pumpkins, played games, and won prizes to the endless train rides, good food, and great company, it was a day to remember!
We want to send a huge shout-out to our amazing sponsors who helped make the day extra special:

*CFE for generously donating the corn for our corn pit! 🌽

*Security Savings Bank for sponsoring the fun-filled straw scramble! 🌾

*Rebecca Niichel for the great face painting! All the kids enjoyed it so much! 🎨

Finally, thank you to our entire community for showing up and enjoying the day, and to anyone and everyone who volunteered in any way. We simply couldn't do these events without your hard work and support.

We can't wait until next year! ❤️ Mark your calendars for October 2!!

🍂🎃 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🎃🍂

Our Fall Festival is coming up, and in order to make this day happen, we need volunteers! ❤️

A lot of time and effort goes into putting together a day like this, and it truly takes a community effort to make it possible. We want to be able to continue offering fun events like this for the families in our community, but we can’t do it without people willing to step in and help.

Whether you can help for an hour, a few hours, with games, food, setup, cleanup, or wherever you’re needed—every helping hand makes a difference! 🙌

We want to give our kids and families a day they can look forward to and make memories they’ll remember. 🍁❤️

If you’re able to volunteer, click the link below to sign up or please reach out and let us know! We truly appreciate everyone who helps make our community events possible.

🎃 Let’s come together and make this a great day for Inwood! 🎃

Some people leave a lasting mark on a community, and these four gentlemen have done just that.

As they presented the colors before the demolition derby, they represented more than our nation's flag—they represented years of service, leadership, and dedication to our community. Each of these men has given back to our community in countless ways, helping build the traditions and hometown spirit that make our celebration so special.

It was an honor to have them lead our Color Guard and help us begin the evening by recognizing our veterans and the freedoms we enjoy. Their example reminds us what community is all about: serving others, stepping up when needed, and taking pride in where we call home.

To these four incredible men, Marv Arp (US Navy) Randy Meendering (US Air Force) Lanny Meendering (US Army) Harold Meester (US Marines), thank you for your military service, your commitment to our community, and everything you have done to help make this place the wonderful place it is today. We are truly grateful. 🇺🇸
