⚠️ THE TRUTH ABOUT MONTGOMERY COUNTY’S JUSTICE SYSTEM: IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP -SHARE THIS POST ⚠️

The Montgomery County courts are teetering on the edge of corruption—and the public needs to know the truth. My name is Robert H. Stone Jr., and I’m fighting against a broken system where ex parte meetings, judicial bias, and what seems to be collusion run rampant. What’s happening in this county isn’t just a failure—it seems to be a coordinated effort to obstruct justice and deny people like me a fair chance.

🚨 An Illegal Conviction, An Illegal Warrant, and Collusion at Every Level 🚨

The officials entrusted with justice have exploited their power to trap me under a bogus conviction using Indiana Code 35-48-4-6.1(e)—a non-existent law. Despite this flaw, Judge Heather L. Barajas, Prosecutor Joseph R. Buser, Chief Public Defender S. Bryan Donaldson, Cheif Deputy Public Defender Ashley SPolarich, Attorney Justin Frodge, and Attorney Bill Goebel have worked hand-in-hand to suppress my legal rights since the very beginning and prevent me from obtaining justice within a corrupt system.

🔴 No Notice, No Justice:
On October 24, 2024, Judge Barajas scheduled a status hearing with less than 24 hours until the hearing was to be held—and issued an illegal warrant for my arrest when I couldn’t appear. I called the court and filed an emergency motion to stop the hearing, and even the court clerk confirmed that I was never ordered to appear. But it didn’t matter—Barajas issued the warrant anyway.

🔴 Collusion Exposed:
The clerk admitted the hearing was requested off-the-record by the prosecutor—a clear violation of judicial ethics. When I tried to find out who initiated this hearing, the clerk hung up on me. This was no accident—this was collusion in plain sight.

Blocking Justice, Enforcing Punishment

Even after my illegal warrant was recalled, the misconduct continued. Judge Barajas, knowing the conflict of interest, has placed herself over my post-conviction relief (PCR) case, which challenges the faulty conviction she herself uses to enforce a probation violation. She scheduled my probation violation hearing BEFORE the PCR hearing, ensuring that punishment would come before justice—another blatant attack on my constitutional rights.

Is Montgomery County Under Siege?

It’s no coincidence that Chief Deputy Public Defender Ashley Spolarich, who briefly represented me, gathered evidence against me instead of defending me. She then withdrew from my case—REFUSING to explain why—and then I find out that Aaron Spolarich, an ex Montgomery County prosecutor, currently still practicing in the Montgomery County Courts could likely be her Husband, having previously campaigned for a Superior Court 2 judge seat, a campaign endorsed by the Local Fraternal Order of Police and Montgomery County Sheriff Ryan Needham himself. Meanwhile, Ashley Spolarich as spoke out many times through articles and podcasts about the dire need of meaningful Attorneys and described Montgomery County as a place actively working with the Probation Department to seek pre-trial release of thos who cannot afford to pay bond when arrest and don't "pose a risk" to the COmmunity. Sad TRUTH of the Day-Montgomery County see's ALL of us with a Criminal Background as a threat to the Community! This isn’t just legal misconduct—this is an alarming power grab.

Where Is the Local Media?

The Journal Review, Montgomery County’s local newspaper, has backed the very officials involved in this potential corruption. The media’s silence is deafening. If this behavior continues, the people of Montgomery County will be left with a system controlled entirely by those who abuse their power.

This Is Bigger Than One Case—It’s About YOU.

What’s happening to me could happen to anyone who dares to challenge this system. We must demand transparency and accountability—or risk losing the last vestiges of justice in montgomery county.

Your Vote Matters. Your Voice Matters.

Montgomery County needs change. If we allow these officials to continue unchecked, the corruption will only grow. As election season approaches, remember:

🚨YOUR VOTE IS YOUR POWER.

🚨STOP THE CORRUPTION. DEMAND NEW LEADERSHIP.

I won’t stop fighting—and I urge you to stand with me. This isn’t just my fight—it’s OURS. Together, we can restore integrity and transparency to Montgomery County.

🚨 Filing a Major Civil Action - Crawfordsville Indiana! 🚨

After years of misconduct by Judge Heather L. Barajas and Prosecutor Joseph R. Buser, I am officially taking legal action against the City of Crawfordsville. Their actions have affected not just me, but many others in Montgomery County.

If anyone has evidence or has faced similar issues that can be proven, I urge you to reach out so we can discuss it. If needed, I will certify this lawsuit as a Class Action to represent everyone who has been harmed by these practices.

We will no longer tolerate what’s being done behind closed doors. It’s time for accountability, justice, and transparency.

Together, we can expose the truth! Let’s hold them accountable.

📢 Exciting Legal Update: Indiana Supreme Court Accepts Emergency Writ of Mandamus Filing for Robb Stone!

We are pleased to announce that the Indiana Supreme Court has accepted the pro-se Emergency Writ of Mandamus against Judge Heather L. Barajas filed by Robb Stone. This crucial step comes in response to her improper handling of the case in question, which includes:

⚖️ Unlawful refusal to recuse despite MULTIPLE conflicts of interest
⚖️ Biasness in rulings and blatant procedural misconduct
⚖️ Failure to protect constitutional rights during key proceedings

This decision to hear the Writ is not success in the case by any means, but the move to go forward in reviewing the case by the Supreme Court marks a significant victory in pursuit of justice and accountability. It also sends a clear message that no individual, regardless of their position, is above the law.

Robb Stone remains committed to seeing this fight through, not just for his own case, but to ensure fairness and integrity for others facing similar injustices in our legal system. Thank you for your continued support during this journey—we are one step closer to justice.

In total, the Emergency status filing containing a notice, the Writ, attached Brief and exhibits to establish the record came out to one-hundred and eighty-four (184) pages!

🚨 Let’s Make History in Indiana: Support Second Chances! 🚨

Every day, thousands of people are denied jobs, housing, and education—not because of their skills or effort, but because of their past. In October 2022, Atlanta broke the cycle by becoming one of the first cities to recognize formerly incarcerated individuals as a protected class, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity and fairness.

It’s time for Indiana to follow suit. Together, we can promote equality, reduce recidivism, and create a more inclusive future for our communities. 💪🏽
