With more than 40 years of combined expertise, Cathy Wright and her design assistant, Jane, blend fashion merchandising knowledge, beautiful fabrics, and dressmaker-level details with Jane’s warm Southern sensibility. Together, their thoughtful, artful collaborations consistently result in spaces clients love.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻✨
With more than 20 years of experience and a degree in Interior Environmental Design from Ball State University, 𝗡𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 brings a refined balance of creativity and technical expertise to every project. In 2025, she founded Girton Design Group dba Figalily le Design, a multidisciplinary studio specializing in high-end interiors and bespoke floral artistry.
Her career spans corporate, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and residential design, with work for clients including Indiana University, IU Health, Bank of America, and the State of Indiana. Known for her passion for storytelling through design, Nan creates layered, expressive spaces that blend beauty, intention, and emotion.
We’re excited to welcome Nan as a 2026 Decorators’ Show House & Gardens designer.

Founded on the belief that your home should bring you joy and the design process should feel just as good, Verve Interiors is led by founder and principal designer 𝗠𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗼𝗻. With more than 15 years of experience, Megan creates thoughtfully layered interiors that feel elevated, personal, and full of heart.
Known for her collaborative approach and genuine connection with clients (and their dogs), Megan designs spaces that truly reflect the people who live in them. Beyond her work, she gives back through leadership at ISU’s Interior Architecture Department and volunteer work with ArtMix and Trinity Haven.

Located in the historic Stutz Building in downtown Indianapolis, Daisy Acres Design is a story-driven interior design studio and retail shop founded by 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻. Named after the tiny cottage she built with her husband, the studio reflects Lindsey’s deep love for original art, antiques, and beautifully crafted materials.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀 ✨
Growing up in Northern Indiana, 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀 began his creative journey as a fine arts student before discovering his passion for interior design at Purdue University. A chance connection at an ASID event led him to Julie O’Brien Design Group and, soon after, an internship that would shape his career. Today, Joel is a partner at the firm, a full-circle moment rooted in creativity and dedication.
An artist at heart, Joel approaches interior design like an art installation, thoughtfully blending his clients’ vision with his own creative point of view. As a Decorators’ Show House & Gardens’ designer, his goal is to invite guests into spaces that feel expressive, intentional, and uniquely his.

For more than two decades, 𝗝𝗗 𝗗𝗶𝗰𝗸 has been designing kitchens and baths that balance beauty, craftsmanship, and everyday function. As the creative force behind Cabinetry Ideas, his work is rooted in thoughtful design that truly works for the way people live.
Beyond his projects, JD has given back to the design industry through years of leadership with NKBA at both the state and national level. A longtime designer with the Decorators’ Show House & Gardens, his spaces having earned Key Awards, People’s Choice, and Maggie Awards, and he has also served on the show house design board.
Known for his work ethic and passion for great design, JD continues to raise the bar with every space he creates.

The 2020 Decorators' Show House and Gardens features Fox Hill Manor, a home is located in beautiful Meridian Hills and is almost 10,000 square feet in size. Fox Hill Manor was built in 1929, and has many wonderful architectural surprises. Tours dates are Saturday, April 25th through Mother’s Day, May 10th running each day from 11:00 to 6:00 PM. (Closed Mondays)
As has been the tradition, each spring local interior designers, landscape designers, and their support teams donate hundreds of hours, as do the members of St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild, to refurbish an area home and its surrounding property.
All ticket and tour proceeds benefit Eskenazi Health. We encourage you, your friends and family to attend this unique event where local designers transform blank walls and empty rooms into extraordinary canvases of art and décor and landscapers create lush gardens and outdoor living spaces. Your tour will begin with our printed program highlighting each of the rooms with a before and after picture, a detailed room description, paint colors and designer information. We are excited to announce an audio tour available for the first time this year!
At the conclusion of your tour, we encourage you to visit our Maggie’s Café for a light lunch, and our not-to-be missed famous homemade Maggie’s Bars. Finish out your day with a stroll through our Maggie’s Flower Shop various boutiques where you can purchase fresh spring florals and gifts.
This 100% volunteer initiative has raised over $13 million for our Eskenazi Health, and is the longest running decorator show house in the nation. Over the years, the proceeds from the Decorators' Show House and Gardens have funded countless programs and projects for Eskenazi Health; proceeds from this year's house will support our three year commitment to the nursing program.
