2) Pursue: build relationships with neighbors by finding practical ways to serve and care for them
3) Proclaim: The Bible - lead simple, reproducible 1-1 or small group Bible studies
4) Proliferate: multiply discipleship groups to reach other neighbors, neighborhoods & communities
