Well well water and a pickle, here we go again. Did anyone notice any incidents or near misses on your way to work?

Another great week hopefully not drowning in what’s supposed to be oxygen and stuff. Seriously, did you even see birds flying around last week Clark?

I think, we had the sound of rotating propellers pop up. Do we remember how many licks it takes to get to the center of a of the lowest level, those tricky pigeons. Airhorns, yes actually practice. A great worker would just grab it, blast it a couple few times and just see what happens, what’s the worst that can happen, you get written up for practicing safety safely?

The catch, is now we have to catch up for lost work from last week and arborist just woke up. Can you believe they love seeing tornadoes, it’s like a farmer patiently waiting for rain, a little frosty. Oh well water and a pickle.

Gases, humidity raises atmospheric density increases the sun beats rays into atmosphere, trapped rays dance around with density and make it feel like we are boiling shrimps on Venus. Yikes mother, evaporated heat gases rise upwards into the cold less dense atmosphere, but not reaching the airless chamber.

On gases way up, it meets the cold truth. Beauty and the beast start dancing in the ballroom creating little tornadoes 🌪️ similar to bottom of a wave 🌊 but with less density and a perpendicular angle. Center point of these gases are calm. Y-twister

Seems to be a great week to practice emergency procedures both at work and home and on social media 🤓

Human vs idity (Fencing)

Warm or cold water, either way just stay hydrated. Humidity seems to be lurking around this week looking to drop some blissful beats. So, try to avoid electrical hazards. Yes, our body’s content is made of mostly water, hints the emphasis on drinking water or maybe just breathing this week could keep us hydrated. Ask a scientist or a doctor and have a plan B available in case we get rained out.

Since heat stress is tamed for the moment, we can talk about stress. I always tell folks that shoes and mattresses are the most important purchases one can make. Y, well Clark we spend most of our days on our feet and should be spending an appropriate amount of time on the mattress resting. Mattresses are interesting, some send springy lightning bolts to your body while others smother your memory to move which kind of feels like a mother’s hug that just doesn’t let go for at least 6-9 hours. One might say get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Is that nervousness or excitement. Your choice.

Theres a 50% chance that electrical incidents could increase in weeks of high-water molecule density environment. All I’m saying is don’t play with high voltage unless you’re fully awake and aware or your name is Tesla. Monday mornings are probably not the best time to play on guard with Zeus, his fencing skills are literally unbeatable.

Also, if you’re looking for ways to add calories to your shining body of armor try eating real food. I heard it can break your fast in the mornings; I prefer toast with guacamole(y), soft boiled eggs and a sprinkle of cottage cheese. Salt and Pepper? Not sure yet Clark, seems like the salt makes me want to drink more water.

Conversation of Energy (use it or lose it)

It appears that the heat stress has jumped by a few angular degrees and the rain pattern is becoming less frequent. Firefighters be ready. Yes, the tilted earth creeps and crawls around the sun until it reaches its longest day of the year. Which day is that? Not sure Clark, I think we will know when alarms start screaming. But remain calm because cold stress always comes back, so for now enjoy.

Sandy, school is out for summer! Which means more kids will be out and about. Hopefully, pokemon chasing at parks. Charmeleons remember, speed limits have a purpose. Y, F=MA. What to do during the sweaty months? Submerge yourself with water in a wet zone then get frosty with Windy. Plant a seed and watch the crop grow. Is 4-H still around, go find out at your local farmer’s market. You may chess a new friend and learn new hobbies. What is pickle ball.

Focus, parents still work during summer, which brings up a great pickle. What to do with the rugrats. Discover your community and see what type of answers they have. I would check with family first. If only there were summer prep for work programs, senior living communities could accept community servants, what’s the worst thing that can happen, they may learn what a trump card is?

Dehydration can break up your focus. You may even start seeing your workplace differently if there isn’t well water available. What’s the difference between environment temperature water and slow cold water? Well, your body should be at a certain temperature range, if not you may want to see a doc. Hydration vs cooling down. I enjoy no ice in my water, Y. If I drink a 40 degreed bottle of water, my organs will feel like Dr. Freeze slowly being taken over by crystallization of snowflakes. Should help cool down core temperatures if overheating. On the other hand, your body likes to stay in a certain temperature range, so it’ll use every popsicle lick stick of energy to heat the frosty watery feeling back up to the safe temperature zone. If I drink environment temperature water strictly for hydration, that’s less angular degrees my body needs to use energy for.

Don’t forget sunscreen for the kids at sleepy bear minimum. But, everyone should try to block or bend the colorful rays beaming colors to our skies.

Don't forget to check your helmets. Yes, they have expiration dates thanks sun. Would you drink an expired beer? Then why would one wear an expired helmet. Think about it and stress test your helmets that employer must provide.

This nationwide winter storm has really highlighted something we often take for granted — the people who run toward danger while the rest of us stay home.

Thank you to the nursing staff and doctors working long shifts - often staying overnight to ensure their patients are cared for, the first responders answering calls in dangerous conditions, the snowplow drivers clearing roads through the night, and the crews keeping power and infrastructure running. Many of you are missing time with your families so others can stay safe.

At Ryskless, we see you — and we are grateful. Your dedication is what keeps communities moving, even in the toughest conditions.

Positive gratitude for all who are serving within our community.

Stay warm, stay safe, and thank you for being everyday heroes.
