Hoosiers are facing real economic challenges: the cost of housing, rising everyday expenses, access to healthcare, and the need for wages that support families. Blaming transgender people doesn’t address any of these problems.

Transgender and nonbinary Hoosiers are our neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family. They deserve the same dignity, opportunity, and economic security as everyone else.

A stronger Indiana is one where we work toward solutions that help people thrive—not scapegoat our neighbors.
