I know quite a few nursing homes that regularly commit wage theft.

Hourly employees have filed a class action lawsuit accusing UnityPoint Health of shortchanging employees on pay.

Employers should be required to do exit interviews and share them with potential new hires 😂

Employees risk more than employers in the hiring process. Employers can let employees go or fire them if it doesn't work out. But employees' entire livelihoods are on the line. Yet employees are at the mercy of the hierarchy built on kissing up.
