Throwback Thursday! 💜

At IYG’s 26th Annual Auction, we introduced a new honor, the Chris Paulsen Leadership in Action Award, recognizing leaders who go above and beyond in service to the LGBTQ+ community and use their voices to create meaningful change.

It was only fitting that the inaugural award was presented to its namesake, IYG CEO Chris Paulsen, whose nine years of leadership, advocacy, courage, and commitment to LGBTQ+ youth and young adults have helped shape IYG and strengthen communities across Indiana.

Rooted in the belief that leadership is a verb, this award will continue to honor those who lead through action, compassion, and a dedication to uplifting others.

Please join us in congratulating Chris Paulsen, the inaugural recipient of the Chris Paulsen Leadership in Action Award! 🏆💜

Throwback Thursday! 💜

We’re throwing it back to our 26th Annual Auction, where IYG was proud to present the 2026 Gonzalez-Werner Memorial Award to Ashley Flowers and the team at Audiochuck.
Named in honor of IYG founders Chris Gonzalez and Jeff Werner, this award recognizes individuals and organizations whose generosity, leadership, and commitment have made a meaningful difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth and young adults.

Through their ongoing partnership and support, Ashley and the Audiochuck team have helped strengthen our mission and create a lasting impact across Indiana.

Please join us in congratulating the 2026 recipients of the Gonzalez-Werner Memorial Award! 🎉🏆

It all comes back to community. 💜

We recently welcomed friends of IYG for a gathering to learn more about our mission and the many ways they can help support and grow IYG for the next 40 years. The work we do would not be possible without the incredible people who believe in our young people and stand alongside us.

If you'd like to host your own mixer and invite friends to learn more about IYG, visit iyg.org to connect with our Development team.

We're so grateful for this partnership and everything we get to do together to support Indiana's gender diverse community. Here's to more good work ahead. 🙌

We're proud to spotlight IYG - Empowering Q***r Young People , a longtime partner dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ youth and young adults through programs, services, and community that help them thrive.
