Indian Lake Country Christmas Tour Local crafters and artisans sell their wonderful creations at an annual event during Thanksgiving weekend. and Mrs.

They are located throughout the town including businesses, the school, and personal homes. The Country Christmas Tour offers handcrafted items for sale through our annual event, occurring on Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Local artisans, crafters and hobbyists work all year to create wonderful treasures for you to purchase for yourself or as holiday gifts. Each crafter, artisan and

hobbyist is listed on a tour map describing their
handcrafted products and their location, either home residence or a group
location. New in 2012 is our home based business category, which is listed with
our other open businesses in town. This is a driving tour, so please shop and
enjoy at your leisure! Other activities scheduled for this weekend, may include crafter demonstrations, Children’s holiday workshop, visits with Mr. Claus, town tree lighting, gingerbread house contest, and a closing ceremony with raffles. These
activities change from year to year, so please stop by for up to date information. Also please support our other open local businesses this weekend!

Good snowy morning everyone! We would like to thank all who ventured out this past weekend for the Country Christmas Tour! We had a great turnout once again this year. Thank you to all the vendors that participated and shared your beautiful crafts with all of us. Thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this show a success. If you are a vendor or business that participated and have a sign, please return it to the Chamber this week. We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday season.

Good morning everyone! Thank you to all who ventured out into the cold yesterday. Unfortunately, it’s even colder this morning…19 degrees here in Indian Lake! The tour runs from 9:00-3:00 pm once again today. The closing ceremony will be held at the school at 4:00 pm. All vendors must drop off their door prize with tickets. The Children’s Holiday Workshop has been moved from St. Mary’s Church to the school cafeteria. Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be waiting for you to decorate cookies, make a craft, and hear a story from 11:00-1:00 pm. The theater will be hosting the movie The Polar Express at 2:00 pm which is FREE! The Welcome Center is open where you can make an ornament and vote for your favorite gingerbread creation! Stay warm out there everyone!t

Good morning everyone! Today’s the day we’ve all been waiting for. You’re going to need to bundle up before you venture out today. It’s a balmy 24 degrees here in Indian Lake. The tour runs from 9:00-3:00 pm today and tomorrow. Don’t forget the annual town tree lighting in the center of town is at 4:00 pm today! Stop by the Welcome Center and make an ornament and vote for your favorite gingerbread house! Please remember the hat and mitten drive along with canned goods donations. Watch out for Santa and Mrs. Claus too!
