We remembered our dear classmate, Art Grijalva, today in a celebration of his life. We extend our condolences to the Grijalva family. We also want to thank our classmates who participated in the “Art Project” memory quilt. Your warm words of encouragement, love, and memories were combined to create this quilt, which was presented to Art’s wife, Tracy Grijalva.

A special THANK YOU to all (near and far) who turned out this weekend to celebrate our Class of ‘78 gathering. We loved seeing you, and enjoy our enduring friendships! We had a fantastic time — and we were able to spend time with first-time visiting classmates John Childers and Ruben Casarez.

REUNION WEATHER UPDATE: We're expecting some rain this week -- but we won't let a little water dampen our Tiger spirit. Rather than deal with ditchbank mud, we're moving to dry ground. After our meet-up at 1905 Bar & Grill in The Cambria Hotel from 5-7pm for a no-host social, we'll relocate to Jill Deen's home at 614 South H Street, Imperial where we will live-stream the IHS Homecoming Football game. We will host Tailgate snacks, and water at Jill's, but BYOB if you want more than water. The rest of the schedule remains unchanged at this time. See you Friday!
