Today Id like to post these cookies and share something that's been on my mind and in my heart. We have a local teen here in Idaho Falls who has battled cancer and fought hard! His name is Dominic Nunez. I recently posted about a cake I did for him when he graduated. Well just a couple weeks ago, he ran in to some complications and recently was brought home and has been placed on hospice and is home spending precious time with his loving friends and family. Around the city of Idaho Falls, people are joining them in support and displaying green lights and things on social media, as green is his favorite color. It is so touching to see all the support this family is getting. Id like to take it one more step and encourage you, if you're a baker or have anything green youd like to share thats green...to do it and use the hashtags i do at the end of this post or tag his amazing mama Shanna Nuñez !
