With all the work we do to cultivate a private and safe experience for our dinner guests, we knew that filming Dinner With A Therapist could feel counterintuitive. Of course, we know that nothing tells a story like video, and while we’ve been eager to share a glimpse of our dinners with you, we’d be lying if we didn’t admit to being a smidge worried about how it might go over with our guests.

specializes in commercials, brand stories & testimonials, recurring reel packages, and event coverage. They capture real moments that communicate your story and heart to your audience, and they do it well. But what we appreciate the most was the calm and discreet professionalism that they brought to our space, the respect they had for the conversation and their ability to move with the energy of the room without disrupting it, or making any of our guests feel self-conscious or exposed.

Maintaining a safe space with a camera in the room can be disastrous. With Light Rain, it just worked.

Because if there's one thing that 2025 has taught us, it's that even though life is unpredictable and messy as hell, it can still be fun, inspirational, relatable and even transformative.

We just found out we were nominated for Best Mental Health Service in Huntsville, and we just-🥹🥳🤯🔥🙌🫣

We're a small operation with a huge heart and it warms us that someone thought to recognize us in this way.
