The Young Marines strengthens the lives of America's youth by teaching the importance of self-confidence, academic achievement, honoring our veterans, good citizenship, community service, and living a healthy, drug-free lifestyl

The Dixie Division Military Vehicles Club will host a military vehicle rally and swap meet on the museum grounds, 10am-4pm.

Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary by joining us on Armed Forces Day as we celebrate our military men and women. The Dixie Division Military Vehicles Club will host a military vehicle rally and swap meet on the museum grounds 10am-4pm. The museum staff provides a wonderful opportunity to fellowship and also take in one of the finest military collections in this country.

Rocket City Young Marines proudly welcomes Recruit Jackson Hatfield, a dedicated participant in Red Ribbon Week. With pride, he presented the Colors for the Huntsville Parade and participated in the Veterans Day presentation hosted by the Cahaba Valley Young Marines. Krulak and Howlin' Mad Smith, representatives from the Marine Corps League, supported the event at Leeds Memorial Park. Jackson is on a promising path toward his next promotion, and we celebrate his unwavering commitment and enthusiasm as he embraces this exciting journey.

The Young Marines needs your help! Our federal funding that is appropriated from Congress has been cut from the federal budget again. We need this funding to continue our mission of "Strengthening the Lives of America's Youth". So we are asking for your help - please contact your Congressional Representatives to ask for their support in ensuring the Young Marines receive the funding again in FY 2026 (October 2025-September 2026) which will impact our program starting in October.
