As you enjoy this beautiful day we are having, maybe washing cars and straightening the garage, you may be able to also help support Partners for Athletes and Leaders in Schools (PALS)!

PALS, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, provides financial and in-kind support for Huntsville City high school and middle school athletics and band. Budgets are shrinking and families continue to be less able to pay participation fees. Help us support students in developing life-long skills, healthy lifestyles and foundations for success.

We are having a gently used sporting and band equipment sale, called PALS Replay, this Saturday, March 16th at the Jaycee’s Building in John Hunt Park, and are gathering items to sell. Do you have a bat or bike that is too small, or a few unused golf clubs in your garage??? All donations to PALS are tax deductible… receipts provided. We will be at the Jaycee’s Building Thur 3/14/13 from 4-7pm and Fri 3/15/13 from noon-7pm accepting donations.

Our sale prices will be very attractive!! A good time for families to get some bargains. Come shop on Saturday 3/16/13 from 8am-2pm! We will also have Silent Auction items (D-1 gift certificates, Stars season ticket and VIP parking package, Domino’s Pizza Party, etc.) and Belk Charity Sale tickets. Anyone spending $20 or more at the sale will receive 2 free tickets to the Huntsville Stars opening game. Great reasons to stop by.
