Flag Retirement at GAC Cub Scout Day Camp. A flag retirement ceremony in Scouting is a solemn, respectful event used to dispose of unserviceable U.S. flags. Following United States Flag Code guidelines, the ceremony honors the flag’s historical significance and service before it is completely and respectfully destroyed by burning.

GAC Cub Scout Day Camp Day 4 ROARS on with beautiful weather, some great learning and reflecting, and lots of fun and games.

This morning we learned the archery whistle commands from one of our awesome Rangemasters and Ms Elizabeth.
