This Leadership Friday, we’re spotlighting the leaders of our intake station: Kayla Coffman, Trace Clark, and Braden Ross!
Our intake leaders are the first faces you’ll see when coming to our weekend clinics. Whether you need glasses, blood glucose checks, or primary care services, our students will take you where you need to go! Here’s what our leaders have to say about MMO:
“Marshall Medical Outreach is one of my favorite experiences in medical school. I enjoy working with fellow medical students and interacting with members of the community. MMO offers incredible services and opportunities for care to people in need. I have made wonderful relationships with patients and seen the impact that MMO has on their lives. I am grateful for my role as an intake station leader and love seeing patients return to MMO each month. I get the opportunity to know patients and help them seek the services they need. MMO has a special place in my heart!” - Kayla
“I always enjoy volunteering at MMO because it gives me the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients and make a meaningful impact in our community. It’s especially rewarding to help provide care for underserved populations and connect with people from all walks of life. The best part is our patients—their kindness, appreciation, and support make every clinic experience worthwhile and remind me why I chose to pursue medicine.” - Trace
“MMO is one of the most rewarding ways I have found to connect to my community. I have met hundreds of people who have come to us for help and made lasting friendships with fellow students in our shared goal of delivering care. I can say definitively that my experiences at MMO have, and will continue to, shape me into a better person and future physician.“ - Braden
Come join our intake team and the rest of our crew this Saturday for another weekend of free medical services!
