They did it!!!! The HHS Falcons Class of 2023 are official high school graduates!!! ❤️🎓🖤🎉

We are so proud of each of you! And we can not wait to see how each one of you positively impacts our world and all you meet!

Seniors, we hope that each of you that attended PG last night had a GREAT time!! And thank you for being so well behaved! We hope you created a few last memories in the halls of Hargrave High and maybe went home with a prize or 2, or at least some cash in your pocket!

Parent volunteers, thank you all for dealing the chaos of the unknown last night! We definitely didn't think of everything and we appreciate you all working so hard on the fly at times!

We hope you're all able to catch up on sleep now!

Parents: If you're volunteering tonight, please be there by 9:30pm. Please wear a red Huffman shirt if able.

Seniors: If you're attending tonight, you MUST be checked in between 10pm & 11pm. The gate will be locked at 11pm. You MUST have a signed permission slip.

Who's ready for a night of fun?!?!

Here's some info you need to know about Proj Grad night!

What: Project Graduation 2023
When: May 27th
  Check-in begins at 10pm
 Check-in ends at 11pm
Release is at 6am on 5/28
Where: HHS Cafeteria 
Who: All Graduating Seniors of the Class of 2023

All students attending are required to have a signed permission slip on file with us. Please see previous Parent Square messages or social media for that form. Any forms turned in after the due date of May 5th, will not be guaranteed a goody bag or shirt.

All students will be required to place ALL personal belongings, except cell phones, into their assigned bag in the library with our adult volunteers. They may request to see their belongings throughout the night, if personal items are needed, but will not be allowed to take it from the library. Upon check-in, students will be given their PG shirt and can change in the restroom and put their other shirt in their bag in the library as well. 

All students will be required to stay all night from 11pm until release at 6am. Gates will be locked at 11pm and no one will be allowed in or out until release the next morning. At the time of release, students will then receive their goody bags and any prizes they may have won.

We will have police officers on duty, as well as parent volunteers. 

Speaking of volunteers, we are still looking to add a few extra adults to help us that night. Volunteers need to be able to attend from 9:30pm until 6:30am (or as soon as clean-up is complete). If you're interested, please send us an email at [email protected] or a message us on social media. 

We also still need photos for the slideshow! Please email 5-7 photos of your Senior, at any age, to [email protected]. If you have group photos, you can add a few of those in as well. Please send ASAP if you want to have them included!

📢Proj Grad T-Shirt Order!!👕

Seniors attending Proj Grad that turned in a permission slip on time do NOT need to purchase a t-shirt. This order of shirts is for parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. that may want a shirt.

Orders DUE BY 10AM MAY 15TH, no exceptions!!

Please complete a google form below and submit payment. Unpaid shirts at 10am on 5/15 will not be ordered. Shirts will be delivered to us and we'll post pick-up info at a later time.

Venmo is the preferred method of payment.
