As our 2026 OPEN DOORS: Inside the Minds of Local Leaders Leadership Development Program comes to a close, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to this outstanding group of companies and organizations who served as our Presenting Hosts throughout the journey.
By quite literally โopening their doors,โ these leaders provided participants with a rare behind-the-scenes look into the inner workings of their organizations, industries, leadership philosophies, and day-to-day operations. Their willingness to share their experiences, challenges, innovations, and insight created meaningful learning opportunities that simply cannot be replicated in a classroom setting.
From municipal leadership and education to agriculture, healthcare, emergency services, energy, manufacturing, and community development, each host brought a unique perspective that helped shape and inspire the next generation of leaders in our region.
Programs like OPEN DOORS are successful because of community-minded organizations that believe in investing in people, collaboration, and the future of rural communities. We are deeply grateful for the time, knowledge, hospitality, and encouragement each host extended to our participants.
