We are dedicated to bringing together LGBTQ+ individuals and families by exploring nature, developing new skills, and building lasting friendships while embracing their identities.

Come learn salsa in an LGBTQIA+ affirming environment that eliminates gender roles! Go solo, with a partner, or bring your friends. Dress in your best Halloween costume for a chance to win a prize!

Join us for a hike around Olana State Historic Site and then enjoy playing board games in q***r community. Bring your favorite games to share and make connections as you go!

💰 Cost: $5 entry, kids free

This is a sober-friendly event — no substances or alcohol allowed.

Fur babies are welcome!

All-ages event.

-Bring your own games!
-A folding chair or blanket

-Any food or drink you would like to enjoy

🏞️ What We’ll provide:
-A light hike around the grounds
-Some light refreshments

Hello everyone!

The Q***r Joy Beach Day has been moved to Sunday, July 19th, 2026 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm due to the rain planned for Saturday.

All of the details about the day remain the same and can be found on the RSVP form or the previous flyer. We will be sending out emails later tonight. Thank you for everyone's understanding — we can't control the weather, as much as we'd like to sometimes.

We hope to still see all of you there. It'll be a blast! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🌞

Join us for a relaxing night under the stars, in partnership with Golden Kin. We'll be playing two iconic q***r films and serving up free popcorn!

📅 Date: Saturday, August 1st, 2026

🕥 Time: Film # 1 (Pride) will start at 7:00 pm, film # 2 (Moonlight) will start at 9:00 pm (arrive around 6:45 pm to secure your seating)

📍 Location: This is a private residential property in Hudson, NY 12534. The address will be sent out via email closer to the event to all RSVP members.

💲Cost: $10 per person

🚗 Parking: Parking available on-site

-This is an 18+ event due to some sexuality, drug use, brief violence, and language in the films.

-This is a sober-friendly event — no substances or alcohol allowed.

-There are 2 bathrooms on site (inside).

-Please leave your fur babies at home.

Come celebrate q***r and trans joy at the beach with Q***r Outdoor Adventures! Join us for a relaxing and fun day of swimming, connecting with local LGBTQIA+ community, playing games, and boating. Let's take up space and enjoy some fun in the sun!

📅 Date: Saturday, July 18th, 2026 (rain date: Sunday, July 19th, 2026)

⏰ Time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

📍 Location: West Beach, Lake Taghkanic State Park: 1528 Route 82, Ancram, NY

💸 Cost: $10 NYS park entry fee

🚗 Parking: Parking available on-site

📌 Meeting Point: On the beach — look for the big rainbow umbrella

👥 This is an all-ages event — kids, teens, adults, seniors, and families are all welcome!

🍸 This is a sober-friendly event — no substances or alcohol allowed.

🐕 Unfortunately, this NYS park prohibits dogs on the beach — please leave your fur babies at home.

🏖️ What to Bring:
-Sunscreen and other sun protection
-Your bathing suit and a change of clothes
-A beach towel, chairs, umbrella, or whatever you need to have a relaxing day at the beach
-Outdoor games or fun stuff – frisbees, balls, cards, guitar, speaker, etc.
-Cash for the entry fee and other payment methods if you wish to grab food or drinks at the concession area, or for the boat rentals
-Food and drinks to enjoy

This year we're celebrating pride with our Annual Pride Picnic! Come hang out with us for a laid-back afternoon by the river celebrating Pride, q***r joy, and community. This is an all-ages, sober-friendly picnic where you can relax, meet new people, play games, share food, and just enjoy being together outside.
