The rain came down hard 🌧️. The wind didn’t let up 🍃. And still, YOU guys showed up. 🇺🇸 💪🏻…Today we raised a total of $1,813 for Tom Lyon USMC, Founder and President of Oscar Mike Ruckers 🇺🇸🎒 mission!, and as we promised from the beginning we are donating 25% of the money raised to the Gary Sinise Foundation . So a check for $453 will be sent to their organization in the coming days.

To everyone who joined us for the Ruck to Remember at Wachusett Brew Yard : Thank you 🙏🏻.You carried the flag, pushed through the weather, and kept moving together in honor of the fallen, and to NEVER forget them.

The conditions were tough, but every step had a purpose and meaning. We remembered those who gave their lives in service to their country and their communities, and we carried their memory with us.

To our ruckers, , supporters, random people that donated today at the brewery, and Wachusett Brew Yard staff thank you for standing with Oscar Mike Ruckers.

TOMORROW’S RUCK ROUTE IS SET! We won't let some rain and wind stop us from our mission to always remember, honor, and never forget those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country that awful day 25 years ago.

The route has been reconned, mapped, and we’re ready to step off for the Ruck to Remember at Wachusett Brewery! We recommend bringing a change of clothes for after the ruck to enjoy some delicious beverages and food from the

-Please see the attached photos of where to park and where to enter the building. The area circled in red is where to park for the event, from the main road (Route 2A) follow the long driveway (marked in red on the photo) to the back of the brewery. The area with the (❎) is the door we will use to get in.

📍 START/FINISH: Trail system directly across the street from Wachusett Brewery
🥾 DISTANCE: Approximately 5.2 miles
🌲 TERRAIN: Trail, dirt roads & wooded paths
🔄 ROUTE: Loop — starting and finishing in the same area

We strongly encourage everyone to open and save the route before arriving so you have access to the course during the ruck.

⚠️ SAFETY REMINDERS

• Stay on the designated route and follow all course markings/instructions.
• Use caution crossing the street between Wachusett Brewery and the trail area.
• Ruck with a buddy when possible and keep track of the people around you.
• Watch your footing — expect uneven, wet, muddy or slippery terrain.
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather.
• Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated.
• Carry only a weight you're comfortable rucking with.
• Don't push through an injury or medical issue. If you need assistance, stop and notify event staff.
• Keep the trail clean — pack it in, pack it out.
• Most importantly, look out for one another. Nobody falls out alone.

🌧️ RAIN OR SHINE—THE MISSION CONTINUES. 🇺🇸

No matter what the weather brings, our upcoming ruck on Sunday 9/27 at Wachusett Brew Yard is still on. We will shoulder our packs, carry the American flag, and move forward together in honor of the fallen brothers and sisters who can no longer walk beside us.

They made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our communities. A little rain will never stop us from carrying their memory.

Like we always said in the Marines:

“If it ain’t raining, we ain’t training!”

Come prepared. Come motivated. Come ready to carry the weight.
