10u Houtzdale Moose is headed to the Championship!!!! Congratulations 🎉

Recap: Heffner Leads Houtzdale Moose 10U Past Kyler Real Estate 10U

E Heffner was dominant on the mound, as the starter rang up 11 strikeouts in Houtzdale Moose 10U's 13-2 victory over Kyler Real Estate 10U on Thursday at Curwensville Little League. E Heffner surrendered one hit and two runs over four innings while walking two.

Houtzdale Moose 10U jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after J Dillen doubled, scoring three runs, E Liveringhouse singled, scoring one run, and T Hockenberry was struck by a pitch, driving in a run.

Houtzdale Moose 10U added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after E Liveringhouse hit a sacrifice fly, A Stiffler singled up the middle, T Hockenberry doubled to center field, and , each scoring one run.

Kaden Thompson stepped on the bump first for Kyler Real Estate 10U. The righty allowed 10 hits and 13 runs over three innings, striking out six and walking eight.

Houtzdale Moose 10U piled up 10 hits in the game. A Stiffler, J Dillen, E Heffner, and H Natalie each collected two hits for Houtzdale Moose 10U. A Stiffler and J Dillen each drove in three runs for Houtzdale Moose 10U. F Hawkins led Houtzdale Moose 10U with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing eight walks for the game.

Cole Brothers led Kyler Real Estate 10U with one run batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Kyler Real Estate 10U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Kohen Grumblatt had the most chances in the field with seven.

Join the MVBA at the Altoona Curve for a fun-filled day at the ballpark! This is a great opportunity for players, coaches, and families to enjoy a game together and make some awesome memories, so bring the whole crew out for a fun evening!
