Two foster dogs looking for homes — complete opposites, both awesome in their own ways. 🐾

Oliver (left) – Sweet, shy, extremely low-energy couch ornament. He spent his first year outside with no nurturing, so life is still a little overwhelming. After two months here he finally doesn’t look like he’s going to panic when I walk into the room. Progress! If you want a calm dog who mostly just quietly exists next to you, Oliver might be your guy.

Nova (right) – Absolute genius. I haven’t found a toy or puzzle she can’t figure out. Gorgeous, intense, and extremely loyal to her person. She needs mental stimulation and structure. Kennel trained, housebroken, scared of cats, and very serious about her food, toys, and personal space.

They get along because Oliver… doesn’t move. 😆

This gorgeous Black Shepherd has a stunning, sleek black coat that’s perfectly accented by the cutest brown and rust-colored "socks" on her feet. It’s a unique look that matches her one-of-a-kind personality.

But Raz is more than just a pretty face; she's a world-class playmate and the loyal friend you’ve been waiting for. Her absolute favorite thing in the world is a good game of fetch. A simple stick makes her "super happy," but a squeaky ball? That's pure heaven for this girl! She’s an excellent communicator, too. When she’s ready for another round, she’ll politely bring her ball or stick and drop it right at your feet, or even gently in your lap, looking up at you with that hopeful, joyful expression that’s impossible to resist.

Her loving, playful nature extends to everyone. Raz is wonderful with children and gets along beautifully with other dogs, making her an ideal and easy addition to almost any loving family.

And the best part? All the hard work is already done. Raz is the perfect house guest. She is fully house-trained and great in her crate, settling in without any fuss. After a fun day of playing and being with her people, her favorite way to unwind is to curl up on her own doggie bed right next to yours.
