Since 1940, PART Houston has championed education by awarding hundreds of thousands in funds for scholarships to local high achieving Latina girls. Our scholarship recipients have gone on to become professionals in STEM, business, public service, medicine and have returned to serve on the board, donate scholarships, participate in developing a network of alumni community leaders. Among our past s

cholarship recipients are noted former Houston City Council member Felix Fraga and more recently Anibeth Turcios, who continue to impact the community through a variety of organizations including Neighborhood Centers Inc.-Ripley House, the Houston Housing Authority, Near North Side Redevelopment, HACE and others.
