Camp Quality Texas Camp Quality USA - Texas serves children with cancer and their families by providing year-round camps, programs, and experiences, all at no cost.

We are a volunteer run, community funded non profit organization that provides a free week long camping experience and year round support activities for children with cancer and their family. Camp Quality USA promotes hope and inspiration while helping children foster life skills and develop their full potential. From laughter-filled camps to inspiring family retreats, Camp Quality USA brings year

-round fun and support, completely FREE, for kids facing cancer and the people who love them. These aren’t just programs and events – they’re lifelines of laughter, friendship, and hope. Whether it’s roasting marshmallows under the stars or sharing stories around a campfire, we believe in creating memories that last far beyond the final day of camp.

At Camp Quality USA, camp is more than just fun - it’s a place where kids feel truly supported.

Every one of our summer camps includes dedicated Psychosocial Teams who are there for campers, volunteers, and staff every step of the way.

Working alongside a licensed mental health professional, they:
💛 Provide emotional support and guidance
💛 Help navigate tough or sensitive moments
💛 Step in during unexpected situations or crises
💛 Lead activities like mindfulness, relaxation, and creative expression
💛 Build confidence, connection, and social skills
💛 Offer a consistent, caring presence all week long

From small moments to big challenges, they help create a safe space where every child can just be a kid and feel understood while doing it.

That kind of support changes lives!

"My daughter truly had the time of her life. She hadn’t been feeling well in the weeks leading up to camp and we were worried about letting her go. But the growing excitement about going to camp was associated with her feeling better and better. She had such a wonderful week at camp and had so much fun getting a break from all the adults in her life and really got to just be a kid instead of a patient. We were at ease knowing the cancer care team was with her the whole time making sure she was safe. Many families struggle financially during this journey, and we would never have been able to afford to send her to any other general camp, nor would we have been comfortable doing that."
