💛 The power of partnership 💛

We're so grateful to partner with Dress for Success Houston, an incredible organization that empowers women with the tools, confidence, and support they need to build brighter futures.

While moms focused on taking their next steps, our trauma-informed Jolly Trolley coaches had the joy of caring for their little ones, creating a safe space filled with movement, laughter, and smiles.

Together, we're doing more than serving children. We're strengthening families.

Thank you, Dress for Success Houston, for allowing us to be part of your mission. We can't wait to do it again!

The photos are here!

What an incredible night. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and guests, together we raised an amazing $126,000 at Cocktails for a Cause to support The Jolly Trolley Foundation's mission of bringing joy, movement, literacy, and enrichment to Houston children facing housing insecurity.

Take a stroll down memory lane, find your favorite photos, and celebrate the impact we made together. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this unforgettable evening possible.

This smile tells a story you can’t see.

She is brave.
She is resilient.
She is navigating more than most adults ever will.

There are things she carries that she should not have to.
There are questions about tomorrow that no child should be asking.

And yet, inside this trolley, she laughs freely. 🚎✨
She twirls.
She listens to storytime.
She gets to just be little.

The Jolly Trolley Foundation is a Houston children’s charity serving families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. We bring safe spaces, movement, music, and literacy directly to children who need consistency and joy the most.

Because resilience should never replace childhood. 💛

Today was a meaningful day for The Jolly Trolley Foundation. 💛🚎

Our board member Suan Tinsley visited Star of Hope Mission to meet with Dr. Thomas and see firsthand the impact our Jolly Trolley program is making for the children living there.

Our program brings movement based enrichment, confidence building activities, and joyful play to children experiencing incredibly difficult circumstances. What may look like a simple trolley visit is actually something much deeper. It is a moment where kids can move, laugh, and simply be children again.

We are so grateful for our partnership with Star of Hope and for leaders like Suan who believe deeply in this mission.

As we prepare for Cocktails for a Cause this May, moments like today remind us exactly why this work is worth celebrating and supporting.

Together we are bringing movement, joy, and hope to Houston’s children. 💛

His name is Jaden. 💛
And he has siblings watching him smile like this.

Jaden and his siblings are currently experiencing housing insecurity. Life feels uncertain in ways no child should have to navigate. But inside the trolley, even for a little while, they get to just be kids.

They laugh loudly.
They lean in close for storytime.
They know their favorite parts of Holly the Jolly Trolley by heart. 🚎📚

For families facing instability, consistency matters.
A weekly visit.
A familiar book.
A safe space filled with movement, music, and imagination.

The Jolly Trolley Foundation is a Houston children’s charity serving little ones experiencing homelessness and housing instability. We bring literacy, play, and joy directly to shelters and transitional housing communities across Houston.

Jaden’s smile is big.
But what matters most is that he and his siblings feel seen, safe, and celebrated.

And that is why we keep rolling. 💛

His smile says everything.

This is why The Jolly Trolley Foundation shows up week after week inside Houston shelters and community sites.

For some of the children we serve, trolley day is the most consistent, joy filled part of their week. It is movement. It is encouragement. It is someone looking them in the eyes and saying, “You matter.”

As a Houston children’s charity, we believe every child deserves moments like this.

If you believe in giving kids hope, confidence, and stability, we would love for you to join our mission.

What if $14 a month could change a child’s entire week? 💛🚎

For the children we serve in Houston shelters and transitional housing communities, it does.

When The Jolly Trolley pulls up, it is not just a class.
It is music. Movement. Storytime. Laughter.
It is consistency. It is safety. It is joy.

The Jolly Trolley Foundation is a Houston children’s charity bringing mobile movement and literacy enrichment directly to kids who need it most. Every week, we create a space where children can build confidence, strengthen their bodies, spark their imagination, and simply feel like kids again.

And you can be part of that for just $14 a month.

Your monthly gift helps provide:
✨ Weekly movement classes
📚 Storytime and early literacy
💛 Trauma informed, confidence building play
🎉 A joyful, positive outlet in the middle of hard circumstances

If you have been looking for a meaningful way to give back in Houston, this is it. Small monthly donations create big impact for local children.
