From Reentry to Entrepreneur
Every woman deserves the opportunity to rewrite her story.

At EntrepreneuHER Reentry Program, we believe reentry is not the end of the road—it is the beginning of a new chapter filled with purpose, confidence, and opportunity.

Through entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, and support, women can build businesses, create income, and reclaim their futures.

✨ EntrepreneuHER National Impact Update | Second Chance Month

April is Second Chance Month — a time to recognize the power of new beginnings, growth, and opportunity for justice-impacted individuals.

And this past month… the impact has been incredible.

In just 30 days, the EntrepreneuHER Reentry Program has reached:
👉 +1,300 new incarcerated learners nationwide
👉 +286 course completions in financial literacy and entrepreneurship

Our programs are now being accessed in facilities across 30+ states, with participants actively learning how to:
✔ manage their finances
✔ build business ideas
✔ prepare for employment and self-employment after release

Even more powerful — women in facilities like Harris County Jail, TDCJ women’s units, and beyond are not just taking courses…
👉 they are completing programs
👉 and building a pathway toward economic independence

This is what Second Chance Month is all about.

Not just a second chance…
a real opportunity to rebuild, grow, and succeed

We are just getting started.

Thank you to everyone supporting this mission — and to every participant putting in the work to create a better future.

Today we continue celebrating Women’s History Month by recognizing the strength, resilience, and leadership of women who are rebuilding their lives and creating new opportunities.

The EntrepreneuHER Reentry Program was created to empower justice-impacted women with entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, and workforce development skills that can lead to independence and long-term success.

Every woman deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a future she is proud of.

Through education and entrepreneurship, women can transform challenges into opportunities and become leaders in their communities.

Together, we are rewriting futures — one woman, one business at a time.

EntrepreneuHER National Impact Update

In just the first few weeks since launching our courses on learning tablets used by incarcerated individuals, women across correctional facilities are choosing to invest in themselves and their futures.

Here is what we are seeing so far:

Women’s Entrepreneurship Certification
• 2,600+ learners have explored the course
• 300+ actively progressing through the program
• 100 women have completed the full curriculum

Women’s Financial Literacy Certification
• 1,200+ learners have started the course
• Nearly 500 women have completed the full training

Certifications Earned
• 17 U.S. Entrepreneurship Certifications
• 13 Financial Literacy Certifications

Each number represents a woman preparing for a different future — gaining knowledge, confidence, and skills that support stability after release.

We are grateful for partners who believe in second chances, including the CenterPoint Energy Foundation and the team at the Harris County Sheriff's Office and the Women’s Empowerment Center.

What’s Next

As more women complete the courses, our next step is expanding access to proctored certification exams inside correctional facilities, allowing participants to earn recognized credentials before returning to their communities.

This is only the beginning.
Together we are rewriting futures — one woman, one business at a time.

Today was a powerful day at EntrepreneuHER Reentry Program. ✨
I’m proud to share that 9 women were officially certified in Financial Literacy through our nonprofit today.
This certification represents more than passing an exam — it’s about: ✔️ Understanding money
✔️ Making informed financial decisions
✔️ Building confidence and stability after incarceration
These women are taking real steps toward financial independence and long-term success, and I couldn’t be more proud of their commitment and resilience.
This is exactly why we do this work. 💜

02/01/2026

💜 Since our courses went national, the impact has grown.

Our EntrepreneuHER certification courses are now available in 1,400+ jail facilities nationwide through secure tablet-based learning—and women are showing up and finishing strong.

📚 Financial literacy modules: 98–100% completion
💡 Entrepreneurship pathway: over 90% completion among women who commit

These numbers represent preparation, confidence, and real next steps after release.
So proud of the women doing this work across the country. 💪✨

Just a few testimonials from our first class that ended this month. We had a total of 11 women earn a US Entrepreneur Certification! Congratulations Class 1!
