During Brain Awareness Week, StarWorks Foundation joins communities around the world in raising awareness about brain health and the challenges faced by individuals living with neurological conditions.

Conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and stroke affect not only those diagnosed but also the families and caregivers who support them every day.

At StarWorks Foundation, we recognize that caregivers play an essential role in providing compassion, patience, and strength. Through education, resources, and community support, we strive to empower families navigating the challenges of neurological and developmental conditions.

By raising awareness, supporting caregivers, and promoting education, we can help create a community of understanding and care.

March is National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

At StarWorks Foundation, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live, learn, work, and thrive in an inclusive and supportive community.

This month, we recognize the talents, strengths, and contributions of individuals with developmental disabilities. We also reaffirm our commitment to raising awareness, promoting inclusion, and advocating for resources that empower individuals and families.

Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month is a reminder that when communities embrace diversity and provide support, everyone benefits. Together, we can continue building a future where every person is valued, respected, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Let’s celebrate abilities, spread awareness, and support inclusion for all.

Millions of people live with autoimmune diseases—conditions where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body it’s meant to protect. These illnesses can affect nearly any part of the body and often bring daily challenges that are not always visible.

Let’s use this month to:

✅ Learn the signs and symptoms
✅ Support those living with chronic illness
✅ Encourage early diagnosis and proper care
✅ Spread awareness and understanding

We can help shine a light on autoimmune diseases and remind those affected that they are not alone.

Today, on National Caregivers Day, we honor the compassionate hearts and steady hands who care for others with patience, strength, and love.

Caregivers are the quiet heroes who show up every day — offering comfort, dignity, and hope to those who need it most. Your sacrifices, kindness, and unwavering dedication do not go unnoticed. You make a difference in ways words can never fully express.

To every caregiver: thank you for your courage, your resilience, and the love you give so freely. Today we celebrate YOU.

This February, we join the nation in raising awareness for heart health and encouraging our community to take steps toward healthier, stronger lives.

At Starworks Foundation, we believe caring for the heart means more than physical wellness — it also includes emotional support, compassion, and connection. Small choices like staying active, eating well, managing stress, and checking in on loved ones can make a life-saving difference.

We can spread awareness, inspire change, and protect the hearts of those we love.

Because every heartbeat matters.

This Black History Month feels especially heavy as we reflect on the passing of Jesse Jackson — a man whose life was a living testimony of courage, faith, and relentless pursuit of justice.

Rev. Jackson marched, spoke, organized, and sacrificed so future generations could walk with greater dignity and opportunity. His voice carried the dreams of those who were unheard, and his work helped shape a more just and compassionate world. Because of leaders like him, doors once closed are now open, and hope continues to rise in places where it once struggled to breathe.

As we honor Black History Month, we also honor his legacy — not only in memory, but in action. May we continue the work, stand for what is right, lift one another, and never forget that history lives through what we choose to do next.

Rest in power. Your fight became our foundation. Your dream lives on. ✊🏾
