Space City Development Team

The Space City Development Team (U23 Development Team, LLC.) was founded in 2013 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to developing youth cyclists.

Space City Development Team is USA CRITS D1 Team and a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to developing youth and under-23 aged riders, both in terms of education, performance, and holistic development. For 2021 we are very excited to step into a full national calendar race schedule as a USA CRITS D1 team! As one of only 14 men’s D1 teams in the nation we will face off against the nation’

s best criterium racers and teams when racing resumes this summer. Beyond cycling, our organization also focuses on the personal development of our younger riders through mentorship and by giving back to the community through local events, clinics, and volunteering. Team Goals:
(1) Aid tactical and physical development for young cyclists
(2) Teach life and business skills through mentorship and experience within a team
(3) Teach riders the importance of teamwork, integrity, perseverance and making the best of their situation,
regardless of their ultimate trajectory in the sport
(4) Have FUN and enjoy bike racing!

Tulsa Tough was indeed tough this year. 8th for on day 1 in Blue Dome but a very wild crash on Day 2 in the Arts District took him out of commission. Some great experience gained and we’ll be back next year!
