Christ Rose Foundation Christ Rose Foundation purpose is to serve those in need of the essentials, we are starting with the basics by providing a nourishing meal.

We break generational cycles by helping children with incarcerated parents grow in Christ through supportive pathways that nurture resilience and unlock potential. Currently we serve in an area that provide about 250 meals our goal is to be able to consistently provide dinner daily to the community until they are able to be self sufficient. Not everyone we serve is homeless, some people have a steady source of income but are unable to feed themselves and keep the lights on. So our organization want to alleviate the stress of where the next meal is coming from. I'm asking for your support in sharing that Christ love still exist, help us to do great work and share compassion and love with our neighbors. One person can do good but multiple people can truly make a difference in any situation.

This month at ๐‘น๐’Š๐’”๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐‘ถ๐’‚๐’Œ๐’” our lesson was intentionally built around four connected learning experiences. The goal is depth, discussion, and application - not rushing youth through a long list of activities. Youth move from thinking about their future, to building a useful goal, to examining how they use time, and finally to creating a personal 30-day plan that anticipates distractions.

Our ๐‘ฌ๐’Ž๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐‘ถ๐’‚๐’Œ๐’” walked away with actionable next moves to help them reach goals set for themselves. Every day we all have 24 hours to use/spend ๐’˜๐’Š๐’”๐’†๐’๐’š.
We identified with money โ€œWhere Does The Time Go?โ€. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ•ฅ

We feed the soul by building this farm together, forming a connection to each other and to the earth we are tending.โ€

What happens when everyone brings something to the table?

Something bigger than any one person could accomplish alone.

I watched our Emerging Oaks experience this during a recent Rising Oaks activity. Each young person had a role, something to contribute, and a responsibility to the team.

As I watched them, I couldn't help but think about the bigger picture.

This is what breaking generational cycles looks like.

It takes more than one organization. It takes people willing to say, โ€œI have something to contribute, and Iโ€™m willing to use it.โ€

A volunteerโ€™s time.
A parentโ€™s trust.
A church opening its doors.
A business investing in a young personโ€™s future.
A donor choosing to believe that a childโ€™s circumstances do not have to determine their future.

At Christ Rose Foundation, we are building Rising Oaks because children impacted by parental incarceration deserve a community that shows up.

And I believe we all have something to bring to the table.

In today's world, where people often concentrate on personal success, the skill of knowing when/how to collaborate is a vital key in personal growth.

Our ๐‘ฌ๐’Ž๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐‘ถ๐’‚๐’Œ๐’” are learning the concept of โ€œcollaboration over competition.โ€Teamwork is more than just working together; it's about building a shared understanding, respecting diverse viewpoints, and aiming towards a common goal.

In these photos youโ€™ll find that it took everyone doing a small part, with a common goal in mind in order to complete the challenge and make a BIG impact.

One of our Emerging Oaks shared those words with us last month with a beautiful smile on her face , and this reminded us that sometimes the smallest acts of love leave the greatest impact.

At Rising Oaks, we believe healthy relationships begin with learning to listen.
Last month, our youth explored communication through escape room-style challenges, business pitches, teamwork, and trust-building activities. Guided by James 1:19 and Proverbs 15:1, they practiced listening before reacting, speaking with kindness, and responding with patience.

These aren't just life skills, they're skills that strengthen families, friendships, and futures.

Every shared meal, every encouraging conversation, and every lesson is another step toward helping children impacted by parental incarceration discover hope, build resilience, and break generational cycles.
