My Brothers, the time is near for us to celebrate Memorial Day at the VA Cemetery

We will again meet at the same place West side of the Rotunda around 8:00 AM. Last year we had a great turn out of over 40 Brothers from numerous 30th district lodges and other districts attend. As most know, we have 47 Lodges in our district. If we could get just 2 from each lodge what a great impression we can make for the Brotherhood. I invite you to take just a few hours out of your day to honor our fallen men and women who gave us this opportunity. We can all give thanks to our VETERANS for giving us a free country. Dress code dark pants light blue shirt. Remember white apron ONLY.

Hamburgers at Aldine Lodge 151 West Road after the ceremony. Looking forward to seeing 70 or 80 Brothers giving HONOR to our VETERANS.

Stop by the Lodge room after lunch for the program presented by Brother Garza and Brother Al Pinto. You will be happy you did. There will be a short program with every branch of the service represented.

This will be a casual gathering for close friends and family to remember Jeff in the way he would have loved best—watching college football and cheering on his Florida Gators. Food, drinks, and photos will be shared, and in honor of his alma mater, guests are asked to wear blue & orange / University of Florida attire.

This is a come-and-go event, so please feel free to stay for just a few minutes or a few hours. Most importantly, we look forward to sharing stories and celebrating Brother Jeff’s life together.
