Our goal for our young men and women is to mold them through networking, leadership & cultural awareness. Founded in 2016 in the city of Houston, Texas, the Liberian Empowerment Initiative (LEI) was created by young professional Liberians who had a vision in mind to assist in the development of the youth. We saw where improvements could be made and took it upon ourselves to ensure that our young m

en and women had the best chance possible at being productive leaders in their community. We at LEI are committed to carrying out this mission by utilizing our professional resources to the best of our ability and we welcome all who are searching for support and guidance!
