GHMA members and local manufacturers are invited to Landry's Seafood House in The Woodlands to connect and talk Greater Houston manufacturing.

We're excited to host manufacturers from Woodlands, Conroe, and all points north.

A short program will kick-off at 4 p.m., featuring Conroe Chamber of Commerce president Scott Harper, with a regional manufacturing update from GHMA executive director Bart Taylor.

GHMA members and local manufacturers are invited at no-cost.

Meeting at The Katy Gardens for background on Laser Weld and it's unique Managment System that fully engages the workforce. This will be followed by a plant tour showcasing a modern contract manufacturing facility employing State of the Art equipment as seen in the video;

To add value to the Manufacturing Community here in Houston, our next networking event will be " FabTech Revisited". This will be a night of networking and an informal panel discussion of the FabTech Show in Chicago, The panel will consist of people that were at the show with their impressions of what's new , the direction they saw the industry moving , and any other things that impressed them. This will be a fun low key event that will help those of us that couldn't attend the show in person. Dan Allford of ARC Specialties, Houston's award winning robot manufacturer, will host the event. He promises there will be a lot of Houston brewed beer from another of our local breweries. He may even fire up "Beer Bot" to pour for you.
