What began as a vision in March 2001 is becoming a place of healing. Our friends have already stepped forward to support:
🏥 A new medical center and vehicle
⚓ An endowment for long-term sustainability
🤱 A new maternity center
Will you stand with us? Please pray for the patients and staff, and consider a gift to help us build, equip, and sustain RHMC so that mothers, children, and families in Jonglei can receive care with dignity and hope.

Reflecting on Nehemiah as a model for us Sudanese in exile around the world.

09/26/2026

Three things I shared about the work of Rising Hope Medical Center in Bor Town:

First, RHMC is committed to providing excellent medical care to the people of South Sudan.

Second, we cannot expect the government to do all the work. South Sudanese living in America and throughout the diaspora also have a responsibility to serve and invest in our homeland, just as Jewish communities abroad have continued to support theirs.

Finally, Nehemiah was born outside his homeland, yet he took a personal risk to help rebuild it. His example challenges us to put our own hands to work for our people.
