Landrum Lions Alumni Scholarship

Landrum Lions Alumni Scholarship Founded in 2013, this organization provides Scholarships to Landrum Middle School Alumni entering a 4-Year, 2-Year, or Technical college.

At Landrum Middle School it is stressed every day the importance of attending a 4-year, 2-year, or Technical College. The educators on this campus go above and beyond every day to assure that every student reaches their greatest potential. Therefore, in the 2012-2013 school year the idea of creating a scholarship for Landrum Alumni was brought to the table. It seemed like a far-fetched challenge i

n the beginning, but in May 2013, six well-deserved high school seniors received the first annual Landrum Lions Alumni Scholarships. Throughout the year the committee will be hosting several events including: Painting classes, a Fall Festival, Art Auctions, and other great fundraisers. So very proud of these four NHS seniors!! Recipients of our Landrum Lions Alumni Scholarship 2016. Noemi Torres (A&M), Marvin Melgar (HCC), Freddy Corrales (A&M), and Judith Chan (A&M). We wish them luck in their college endeavors and know they will be very successful! Thank you to everyone that supported the scholarship this year by donating time or money...it's all for the kids!!

Landrum Lion Alumni Scholarship

Proceeds raised help fund scholarships available to graduating seniors; alumni of Landrum Middle School. This annual painting class was formerly instructed by our dear friend & amazing art teacher, Andres Bautista. This year we are excited to announce the class will be led by one of his former students & protégés, Adrianna Guillen. The class will cost $35 (If you would like to donate extra money, we will gladly take it!). Fee includes appetizers, wine (you can BYOB), and an original painting. There are only 38 spots, RSVP today before the class is full!

P.S.
If you are unable to attend but would still like to donate, we will gladly take monetary donations accepted in the form of cash, checks made out to Landrum Lion Alumni Scholarship, and a Venmo account (must download app) will be set up.
