At Heartwarming Living Solutions Inc., we’ve created something truly life-changing.

So many families come to us in need—especially seniors who are lovingly caring for their adult children with special needs. Unfortunately, many traditional senior communities don’t allow individuals under 55, leaving these families with limited options. That’s where we are different.

We believe in serving both the senior and special needs communities—together—honoring every individual and every family’s unique journey.

That vision is what inspired Pleasant Estates: a one-of-a-kind Senior and Special Needs Community set on over 10 acres. Our community will include two assisted living homes, seven cottages featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, multiple duplexes, and future apartment homes currently in development.

This is more than housing—it’s a place where families can stay together, feel supported, and truly belong.

🚨 HOMELESS SENIOR VETERAN IN LIBERTY COUNTY NEEDS OUR HELP 🚨

Meet Joseph — a U.S. Army Veteran and senior who once protected our freedom… and now finds himself without a home in the very country he served. 💔🇺🇸
After suffering a major stroke in June while working his trucking job, his entire life changed in minutes. With only $300/month in VA disability, he couldn’t keep up with bills and lost his home. He ended up living in his truck, in and out of hospitals, fighting to survive.
But when Joseph called, Heartwarming Living Solutions answered. We opened our doors so this hero wouldn’t spend another night alone.
Now — we are working urgently to:
✔️ Increase his benefits
✔️ Secure long-term housing
✔️ Support him through recovery
But we can’t do this without you, Liberty County. Our shelter receives NO government funding — not a single tax dollar. We survive because our community cares. ❤️

We love seeing our seniors enjoying the senior center in town ❤️
A special shout-out to Miss Maria — the inspiration behind Nana House of Hope, our specialized housing program for independent seniors experiencing homelessness.

This program is operated through our nonprofit Heartwarming Living Solutions, and it is also a new ministry under A Church for Special Needs.

Maria lost the home she lived in for over 30 years due to an explosion. She couldn’t afford to rebuild, and despite her best efforts, she could not find income-based housing.

Her story reflects the reality of so many seniors in our community who are staying in shelters while waiting on long housing lists.

At Nana House of Hope, our mission is to ensure our elders are seen, supported, and provided with a safe place to call home. ❤️
