Now that the line-up of competitors is stacked, we need the most important part- DEVILED EGG ENTHUSIAST! Roll through on August 23rd and eat your little heart out. Vote for your favorite deviled egg-spert and see who takes home the trophy. Only, $20 for full access to everyone's entry, a ticket for people's choice vote and one hell of a good time! All proceeds go toward IHWSH and our mission to provide better health in hospitatly.

Registration is live for our first ever peer focused group. These group are closed, focus, confidential, and solution oriented.

This group's focus for Cohort 1 is Emotional Regulation- when you are emotionally de regulated, we act out- we hurt ourselves. Gain insight and tools to stop and start feeling like yourself again.

This is for food & beverage workers and no cost. Group will be facilitated by Grace E. Lynch, LMSW , LMSW of Champion Counseling.

We are looking for home cooks, cottage bakers, the back yard bbq sides master, the line cook or your Grandma to throw down. Proceeds raised at the throwdown will go directly to IHWSH services.
