On this day, 40 years ago, the Houston Guardian Angels Chapter was started. Back then, we were the 16th chapter ever started, and the first in the southern US. Three months later, 50 people finished the training program. Ten days later came the first arrest. Of COURSE it was a gun incident. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
