I want to share with you the exciting things happening at The Jeremiah Mbong Foundations, Inc.
On March 27, 2019 we received our certificate of filing from the Office of the Secretary of State, the State of Texas.
The Foundation already has it's EIN. A few hours ago I submitted the application for the Foundation to be given the status of a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
For us to be tax exempt means that we are recognized as a public charity and will be required to file financial statements with the IRS. Most importantly, it means that we can afford to purchase more books, clothes, etc because we will not be taxed on our purchases.
It also means that you get to write off your gift and support to us as an allowable deduction. We pray that this will energize you to continue to support our effort in Inspiring and Changing Lives.

We will be adding a "Donate" button on our website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages soon.
