Happy Birthday to Ninfa Laurenzo, a woman whose warmth, hospitality, and passion for bringing people together helped shape generations of memories around the table.

Beginning today at El Tiempo Cantina, we are honored to introduce the Enchiladas Suizas a la Ninfa in celebration of her birthday and legacy.

For every plate purchased, El Tiempo Cantina will donate $1 to the Ninfa Laurenzo Scholarship Fund, helping continue her spirit of giving, opportunity, and community.

“Mi Casa es Su Casa” was never just a phrase. It was the way she lived.
