Support our local families in need!
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Troops 848 and 849 will be holding a Scouting for Food Drive on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 PM at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church,
18220 Upper Bay Road – Student Center Parking Lot.
All donations will benefit the Clear Lake Food Pantry (15700 Space Center Blvd.), helping provide food and essential items to families in our local community.
We kindly invite you to support our Scouts by donating any of the following much-needed items:
Suggested Food Donations
Canned Fruits: peaches, pears, oranges, pineapple, fruit cups, etc.
Canned Vegetables: tomatoes, green beans, carrots, corn, yuca, etc.
Canned Meats: chicken, salmon, tuna, pork, etc.
Canned Beans: pinto, black, kidney, cannellini, chickpeas, baked beans, etc.
Canned Soups: tomato, beef stew, chicken noodle, sopas de fideo, etc.
Canned Dairy: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, media crema, coconut milk, etc.
Other Essential Items
Paper Products: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, baby and adult diapers, wipes
Hygiene Products: soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer, shampoo, deodorant
Cleaning Products: laundry detergent, disinfectant sprays or wipes, sponges, bleach, trash bags, mops
To contribute, simply drive through the Gloria Dei Student Center Parking Lot, where Scouts will be stationed to receive donations and ensure delivery to the Clear Lake Food Pantry.
