🌟 KLM NEXT GEN x UH STEM are Excelling to Higher Heights! 🚀

What an AMAZING session filled with creative, confident, and courageous minds! Every student was ALL IN — from hands-on building challenges, to working collaboratively, to designing their own ideas for what life could look like on MARS.

Students from elementary through high school stepped up to every challenge. They imagined, engineered, explored, and pushed their thinking to new levels on the “Red Planet” MARS. We reminded them that heart and hustle will take you to the stars ✨, and they believed it.

Our incredible team of educators brought the energy, the expertise, and the inspiration. The feedback from parents said it all — students walked away with a life-changing experience.

At KLM, we provide the tools, we fuel the mind, and we make sure our students are equipped — from a full breakfast and lunch to hands-on STEM learning that builds confidence and elevates futures.

These young scholars showed us once again that they are the Next Generation of STEM Leaders.
And we’re just getting started. 🚀🌌

📸❤️ KIDS LIVES MATTERS hosted our SPRING CELEBRATION at IRVINGTON VILLAGE! OUR VOLUNTEERS from EBONY EXCELLENCE SOCIETY who represented BRIDGELAND HIGH SCHOOL came and served our students and families! Our volunteers assisted with packaging food for our Glory Families, made candy bags, and helped with games and activities for our children! All of our community members enjoyed the celebration that showed the gift of SERVICE!

KLM INDONESIA 🇮🇩 Take a look at the SENIORS who were SHOWERED with food, gifts, but more importantly — LOVE 💕 ! It came during a much needed time, and the people were GRATEFUL! Your continued seed/donations 🌱 allows us to spread joy across the WORLD!!

KIDS LIVES MATTER HOLIDAY🎄CELEBRATION — ONE TO REMEMBER!! Our Holiday Celebration was held on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21st @ Irvington Village. The room was packed with HOLIDAY JOY & CHEER! KLM is grateful to our partners and volunteers showed up to support the community with gifts for the season! Calpine Corporation presented KLM with a 10K donation! Houston Community College VAST Program donated gifts also, on behalf of the student Eagles Club. We are grateful for the generous donation of toys from the students of Bridgeland High School’s Ebony Excellence Society, thank you for another year of support! As always, we are grateful for our continued support from Myles Group Inc. We were especially honored to have several 🇬🇭 Ghanaian students and professionals join us to volunteer who were visiting Houston for the holidays. Each person enjoyed a wonderful catered meal and walked away with GIFTS of LOVE! 💛 The Winter Holiday Celebration was a time of HAPPINESS and HOPE for each and every person who attended!!

THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION at IRVINGTON VILLAGE!! Our Thanksgiving Community Celebration, Sunday November 24 at Irvington Village had hundreds of people in attendance- kids, adults, & seniors lined up around the building! It was an amazing experience full of GRATITUDE! The people were encouraged, and received a wonderful Thanksgiving 🍗🍽️ meal! The community was so GRATEFUL for the celebration!! Our students and families even had the opportunity to SHARE how much they were THANKFUL for the gift of family and love!

Our GLORY FAMILIES received GENEROUS THANKSGIVING meals that would last for DAYS thanks to the contributions of our Glory Heroes 💛, PLUS they were given other items donated on behalf of the Jaylen Green(of the Houston Rockets) Foundation and Latter Day Deliverance Church-Houston, TX!! Meals were given out the day of the service or delivered to those who couldn’t attend the service due to health or mobility challenges. Thank you to all of our partners and volunteers who MADE IT HAPPEN!!!

GHANA 🇬🇭 & COTE D’IVOIRE 🇨🇮 in HTX!! Some of the KidsLivesMatterIntl Social Hosts were able to spend quality time with RASHEED from 🇬🇭 & DRISSA 🇨🇮 during the month of October! Both Rasheed and DRISSA are absolutely amazing young men with great character. We were able to catch up with these young men who are representing West Africa in the USA 🇺🇸 ! We were able to have lunch, host them for dinner, and celebrate all of their recent accomplishments in the USA. We showered them with gifts- but we have been blessed with their GIFT of love and support!! We are grateful for their LIFELONG connection to Power4Life, KidsLivesMatterIntl, MegaCare Impact, and Glory Meals and Cakes.

📝The school year has started, but we can’t forget our time in the Summer with (KLM), 🤗students had an AMAZING 2 weeks of ENGAGEMENT and EXCITEMENT‼️
We kicked off the first week of our camps in July with our NEXT GEN SPACE ☄️ACADEMY! With the spectacular help from UH-STEM . Our students were able to have a week full of problem solving, critical thinking, and working in teams + plus fun memories and good food each day. The students imagined life on MARS 🔭 and created a habitation that would sustain itself on the planet! We can’t wait to see them again this Fall semester, but we know they will have a successful school year… see you soon Space Cadets 👩‍🚀

🚨Back again to BLESS our families with BRIDGELAND HIGH SCHOOL Ebony Excellence Society (EES) During Resurrection-Easter Weekend!!!
It’s was an AMAZING showing of over 30 volunteers and partners who showed up to help package, deliver and bless almost 100 people!! All of our GLORY FAMILIES received a full catered meal 🍽️ that will last for several days, along with personal care items.
The EES society was very instrumental in helping to not only assemble the items, but deliver 🚗 them to some very special seniors at Cuney Homes. The students enjoyed delivering and seeing where their hard work was needed and appreciated. Some of the students were moved to tears hearing the compelling and inspiring stories of the families we serve. We are so grateful 🤗 to who came out and supported us!! To all of our GLORY GIVERS we are grateful for a GLORIOUS WEEKEND for GLORY MEALS!! 💛
