Last week, The Bilateral was proud to organize informational sessions and presentations, bringing together global energy leaders to drive critical discussions on investment, innovation, and collaboration.

🔹 Libya’s First Upstream Bid Round in 17 Years
H.E. Masoud Suleman, Chairman of ’s National Oil Corporation, and H.E. Dr. Khalifa Rajab Abdulsadek, PhD, Minister of Oil and Gas, kicked off the event as we hosted the first licensing bid round program following the historic announcement. The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA)’s Acting Director, Thomas Hardy, reinforced support for infrastructure projects in emerging markets on behalf of U.S. companies and stakeholders.

🔹 Namibia’s Energy Potential
Petroleum Commissioner Maggy Shino delivered an inspiring message: "In , anything and everything is possible." A strong signal to investors eyeing the country's energy future with Chevron’s Namibia Country Manager Channa Kurukulasuriya emphasizing Chevron’s own support and commitment.
