Everyone deserves a second chance and access to the right support. 🤝

Empower CDC’s 2026 Empower(ed) to Restore: Expunction & Supportive Services Resource Clinic is here to help you take that next step. Join us for free expungement guidance, legal resources, and connections to supportive services including housing assistance, SNAP benefits, and re entry support for Houston and Harris County residents.

You may have previously seen this event listed as Expungement. In Texas, Expunction is the legal term used to describe clearing eligible records, so we’ve updated the name to better reflect the process and services being offered.

Our Lead Legal Service Provider, the Earl Carl Institute for Legal and Social Policy, Inc., will be on site providing trusted guidance and support throughout the process.
