Humanity Auxilium supported World Food Program USA with a $40,000 grant toward its response to the August 2026 earthquake in Colombia. Our grant helped provide food baskets of rice, lentils, beans, flour, and other staples to families in Pereira and Quibdó. WFP's wider response reached more than 5,000 people in Pereira and Quibdó during the first five days of distributions.

Dr. Anatole Besman and Dr. Sohaib Masroor visited Camp Ansar 9 & 12 in Gaza City as part of our ongoing menstrual health campaign. 🤍

40 girls participated in two sessions, receiving menstrual health education, a safe space to ask questions, and supplies.

We’re grateful to our volunteers and staff for their continued efforts and support throughout our campaign.

We are heartbroken to learn about the collapse of the Al-Saada residential building in Gaza, with approximately 100 civilians reportedly trapped beneath the rubble and still unaccounted for.

At least 21 people have been reported deceased, with casualties continuing to rise as rescue efforts remain stalled due to lack of proper equipment.

Our team on the ground at Al-Shifa Hospital continues to witness civilian casualties on a daily basis despite the ceasefire.

Humanitarian aid and emergency response teams urgently need to reach those trapped under the rubble. Every minute matters.

Over the next two weeks, they will be helping the local healthcare staff to provide critical care to those in need.

This World Su***de Prevention Day, Humanity Auxilium stands with the children of Gaza. 🤍

Su***de prevention means more than responding to crisis. It means recognizing the trauma, hopelessness, and conditions that can make people feel there is no future. In Gaza, children and families have endured unimaginable violence, displacement, loss, and fear. One study found that 96% of children surveyed felt that death was imminent.

Every child deserves safety, dignity, care, and hope.

A recap of Dr. Abdallah Ghali's month long deployment to Gaza. 🤍

As an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Ghali expected a quiet stretch of elective cases during this ceasefire period. The operating room told a different story, one filled with ongoing trauma care. Even more surprising was healthcare staff working without radiation protection, despite the known cancer risk. Humanity Auxilium has donated lead aprons and thyroid shields to the orthopedic department at Shifa hospital to protect staff from radiation exposure, a small step that makes a lasting difference. Because the people who save lives deserve to be protected too.
